Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and ColdGamers ("ColdGamers", "we", "us"). They cover your use of coldgamers.com and everything on it. Please read them. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the site.

1. Who can use ColdGamers

• You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or use ColdGamers. By signing up, you confirm that you are at least 18.
• If we find out that a user is under 18, we will close the account.
• Using ColdGamers must be lawful where you live. You may not use ColdGamers if we have closed an account of yours before.

2. Your account

• One account per person. One person may have only one account, on any device or network. We may also limit accounts per household, device or IP address.
• Use a real email address that you own and keep it up to date. You can sign up with email or with Google.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• Accounts are personal. You may not sell, share, rent or transfer your account or your coins.
• ColdGamers staff will never ask for your password, and ColdGamers never asks you to pay to join or to cash out.

3. How earning works

ColdGamers rewards you for completing offers and games from our advertising partners, such as installing an app, reaching a level in a game or finishing a task. ColdGamers does not pay for surveys.

• When a partner confirms that you completed an offer, we credit coins to your account.
• The partner, not ColdGamers, decides whether an offer was completed. Follow each offer's instructions exactly. Many offers are for new users only or must be completed within a time limit.
• Offers and rewards change often and can differ by country and device. We do not guarantee that any offer will be available to you or will credit.
• If an offer does not credit, contact the partner's support from inside its offerwall first, then contact us.
• Apps and games you install for an offer are provided by their own developers under their own terms. You never need to spend money to earn on ColdGamers.

4. Coins

• Rewards are counted in coins. 1,000 coins = $1.00 USD.
• Coins are not real money and have no cash value until a cashout is approved. They cannot be bought, sold or transferred to another user.
• If we ever change the coin rate, we will announce it on the site first.
• If coins are credited by mistake, for example because of a bug or a partner error, we may remove them.

5. Holds and reversals

• Some rewards are on hold for a few days before you can use them. The unlock date is shown in your history.
• If a partner reverses a completion (for example because of fraud, or because the offer's conditions were not met), we remove the same coins from your balance. This can make your balance negative.
• Referral coins that came from a reversed completion are removed too.

6. Cashing out

• You can cash out with the methods on the Cashout page. Each method has its own minimum, shown on that page.
• Check your payout details (email, wallet address, phone number, network) carefully. Payments sent to the details you entered cannot be recovered.
• Cashouts can be reviewed before they are paid. Review usually takes up to 3 business days.
• We may refuse or cancel a cashout that breaks these Terms. If we cancel a cashout for a reason that is not your fault, we return the coins to your balance.
• Crypto prices change. We are not responsible for changes in value after a payment is sent.
• Payment providers have their own terms, limits and fees, and their decisions are outside our control.

7. Bonuses, contests and referrals

• Daily streaks, the reward wheel, promo codes, levels, happy hours and leaderboard prizes are free extras. We may change or end them at any time; prizes already won are not affected.
• Leaderboards count coins earned from offers and games. Coins from reversed or fraudulent activity do not count.
• Referrals: when someone joins with your link, you earn 10% of the coins they earn from offers, and 2% from the people they invite. This is paid by us and is never taken from your friend's earnings.
• You may not refer yourself or promote your link with spam or misleading claims.

8. VPNs and fraud: instant ban

If you use a VPN or commit any kind of fraud, your account will be banned immediately, without warning, and all of its coins and pending cashouts will be removed. This includes:

• using a VPN, proxy, Tor, or anything else that hides your real location;
• using an emulator, virtual machine, or a rooted or modified device;
• having more than one account, or using another person's account or payment details;
• using bots, scripts, auto-clickers or any other automation;
• faking offer completions, or exploiting bugs instead of reporting them; and
• any other attempt to cheat ColdGamers or our partners.

Our systems check for fraud automatically. If you believe your account was banned by mistake, you can still contact support from the ban screen.

9. Other things you must not do

• Harass, threaten, scam or impersonate anyone, including our staff.
• Post spam, illegal content, malware, sexual or hateful content, or other people's personal information.
• Attack, overload or try to break into the site, or copy and resell it.
• Use ColdGamers for any unlawful purpose.

Breaking these rules can lead to a mute, coin removal or a ban.

10. Closing accounts

• You can delete your account at any time from your profile. Cash out first: once the account is deleted, the balance cannot be paid.
• If we close the service, or close your account when you did nothing wrong, we will pay out any balance above the minimum for your cashout method.

11. Chat and support

• Be respectful in chat. No spam, begging, links to other sites or selling accounts or codes. Staff may delete messages and mute or ban members.
• Never trust anyone who offers to "double" your coins or asks for your password.

12. Third-party offers and services

Offers are provided by our advertising partners and their advertisers. Sign-in, payments and security checks use other companies' services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their apps, games, content or decisions.

13. Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes on the rewards you receive and for reporting them where your local law requires.

14. Disclaimers

ColdGamers is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we do not promise that the site will always be available or error-free, that any offer will credit, or that you will earn any particular amount. Nothing on ColdGamers is financial advice.

15. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, ColdGamers and its owners and staff are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the value of the coins in your account that were available for cashout when the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

16. Indemnity

If you break these Terms or the law while using ColdGamers and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is important, we will announce it on the site before it takes effect. The date of the latest version is shown at the bottom of this page. By continuing to use ColdGamers after a change, you accept the new Terms.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute about ColdGamers will be handled by the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh. Please contact support first; most problems can be solved quickly.

19. General

• These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about ColdGamers.
• If part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
• If these Terms are translated, the English version applies.
