Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information ColdGamers collects when you use coldgamers.com and how we use it. We keep it simple: the only personal information we collect is your email address and your IP address.

1. What we collect

• Email address: the one you sign up with, or the one Google gives us if you sign in with Google.
• IP address: recorded when you sign up, sign in and use the site.

To run your account, the site also stores the things you create while using it: your username, your password (only as a scrambled hash we cannot read), your coin balance and history, any payout details you type in when you cash out, and messages you send in chat or support. Your browser also sends basic technical information, such as browser type, with every request, as it does on any website.

2. Why we collect it

• Email: to create your account, let you sign in and reset your password, and contact you about your account or cashouts.
• IP address: to keep accounts secure and to detect VPNs, multiple accounts and fraud. VPN and fraud lead to an instant ban (see our Terms).

3. What we do not do

• We do not sell your information to anyone.
• We do not ask for your name, address, phone number, ID documents or any other personal details to use the site.
• We do not run surveys or collect survey answers.
• We do not send you advertising emails unless you agree to them.

4. Who can see it

• ColdGamers staff, only to run the site, help you and stop fraud.
• Offer partners receive your ColdGamers user ID (a number, not your email) so they can credit you. When you open their offerwall, they can see your IP address, as any website you visit can.
• Payment providers receive the payout details you enter, only to send your payment.
• Security services such as Cloudflare (bot protection) and, if you use it, Google sign-in.
• Authorities, only if the law of Bangladesh requires it.

Other members can see your username, level, leaderboard position and chat messages. They never see your email or IP address.

5. Cookies

We only use cookies that the site needs to work: to keep you signed in, protect forms, remember your language, remember a referral link for 30 days, and help stop multiple accounts. We do not use advertising cookies.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your email and IP address while your account is open. If you delete your account, we delete your profile. Records of banned accounts and fraud may be kept so that the same person cannot sign up again.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you. You can also delete your account yourself from your profile at any time. Email support@coldgamers.com from your account's email address and we will reply within 30 days.

8. Security

The site uses HTTPS, passwords are stored as hashes, and staff access is limited. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password that you do not use anywhere else.

9. Age requirement

ColdGamers is only for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we find such an account, we close it and delete its information.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and announce it on the site. The date of the latest version is shown at the bottom of this page.
