By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. ColdGamers LLC is not available in jurisdictions where its use would violate local law.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. Each person may hold only one account — see Section 4 for details on multi-accounting.
You can earn Coins by completing offers, surveys, and tasks made available through our offerwall partners and direct advertisers. Rewards are credited once the relevant partner confirms the offer was completed according to their own requirements — ColdGamers LLC does not control how long that confirmation takes, and some rewards may be held for a short review period before being approved.
Offer payouts, requirements, and availability can change or be removed at any time by the advertiser or offerwall partner without notice.
To keep ColdGamers LLC fair for everyone, the following are strictly prohibited and may result in forfeited rewards and account termination:
We use automated fraud-detection tools (including IP/proxy checks) and manual review to enforce this policy. Earnings connected to a policy violation may be reversed at any time, including after being credited to your balance.
Coins have no cash value until redeemed through the Shop for an available reward. Withdrawal requests are reviewed before being fulfilled and may be delayed, held, or declined if we suspect fraudulent activity, if your account has not completed identity/email verification where required, or if a withdrawal request fails our internal checks.
We reserve the right to set, and change, minimum withdrawal thresholds and available redemption options.
Offers are provided by independent third-party advertisers and offerwall networks. ColdGamers LLC is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or fulfillment of third-party offers, nor for how those third parties handle any information you provide them while completing an offer. Review each offer's own terms before participating.
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Coin balances associated with a terminated account are forfeited.
You may stop using ColdGamers LLC and delete your account at any time from your Profile page.
ColdGamers LLC is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, that any specific offer will be available, or that any given offer completion will be approved by its provider. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ColdGamers LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ColdGamers LLC after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
