📜 Platform Rules
Please read these rules carefully. Breaking any of them may result in held earnings, a permanent ban, and forfeiture of your balance. By using ColdGamers LLC you agree to all of the following.
1. Account Rules
- One account per person. Creating or using more than one account — including via family members, friends, or additional devices — will result in a permanent ban of all linked accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your country) to use ColdGamers LLC.
- Provide accurate registration details. Accounts with fake or misleading information may be suspended.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We are not liable for activity from a compromised account.
- Selling, sharing, buying, or transferring accounts is strictly prohibited.
2. Completing Offers
- Complete offers honestly and personally. Never complete an offer on someone else's behalf, or ask others to complete offers "for" your account.
- Providing false information in surveys, sign-ups, or app installs will cause the earning to be rejected and may flag your account for review.
- Offer rewards are only credited after the advertiser confirms your completion. Some offers take minutes; others can take days or weeks.
- If an offer is completed but not credited, use the support/ticket option — do not attempt it repeatedly to force credit.
- Coins are only spendable once they move from pending to approved. Pending coins can still be rejected by the advertiser.
3. Fraud, VPN & Prohibited Tools
- No VPN, VPS, proxies, or emulators while browsing or completing offers. Our system automatically detects and flags these.
- No bots, scripts, auto-clickers, or any automated tools to interact with the platform or offers.
- No attempting to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or exploit the offerwall, postback, or reward system.
- Any form of fraudulent activity results in an immediate permanent ban and forfeiture of your entire balance.
- Chargebacks: if an advertiser reverses a conversion (chargeback), the corresponding coins will be deducted from your balance — even if you have already been credited.
4. Withdrawals & Payouts
- The exchange rate is fixed: 1,000 Coins = $1.00 USD.
- Only approved balance can be withdrawn. Pending or rejected earnings are never withdrawable.
- Each redemption method has its own minimum amount, shown on the Shop page.
- Withdrawals are usually processed within 24 hours, but first-time withdrawals and manual reviews may take longer.
- Make sure your payout details (email, wallet address, account number) are correct. We are not responsible for funds sent to an address you entered incorrectly.
- ColdGamers LLC reserves the right to hold, review, or reverse any payout that is later found to be linked to fraudulent or rule-breaking activity.
5. Referral Program
- You earn 5% commission in Coins every time a user you referred completes an offer. This comes from us — it is never taken from your referral's earnings.
- No self-referrals. Referring yourself using a second account, VPN, or fake account is fraud and will ban both accounts.
- Do not spam your referral link, post it where it isn't allowed, or use misleading claims to get sign-ups.
- Referral commissions earned through fraudulent or fake referrals will be removed, and repeat offenders will be banned.
6. Enforcement
- Breaking any rule may result in held earnings, a temporary suspension, or a permanent ban depending on severity.
- In cases of fraud, the decision is final and the full balance is forfeited.
- ColdGamers LLC reserves the right to update these rules at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the current rules.
